Scholarships

Racks and Tusks is a non-profit organization that raises money for scholarships through an annual hunting contest. Their goal is to instill the character traits of outdoorsmanship and hard work in our youth.

Racks and Tusks was founded in 2010 as a way to bring hunters together, in competition, to raise money for scholarships. Local businesses help sponsor events and prizes so that 100% of the entry fees go toward the scholarship fund.

Along with local land and business owners, their mission is to encourage and support the next generation of hunters to appreciate and care for the outdoors while giving them opportunities to continue their education.

They have helped an average of 18 college students yearly, for seven years now, by giving out scholarships worth $500-$1,000 each.
