Hello! My name is Daniella Lara (Ms. Lara) and I am a Special Education teacher in the self-contained unit. I enjoy going to the gym, spending time with my family, and volunteering in Special Olympic events. I have a fur baby named Teddy and he is a mini Yorkie. I graduated from Pioneer High School in 2016 with an associates degree in biology from South Texas College. I continued my education at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services in 2018. I started working with the district as a paraprofessional that same year and became a teacher in 2020.
